Terms of Service

All orders placed on our website, are subject to acceptance at our discretion. If we do not accept the order (which is rare) we will let you know why and refund the cancelled order promptly.

Your credit card information is not stored or captured at any time on our website or by us.

All prices are in NZD.

All accepted orders, will be shipped via Fastway Couriers.

We ensure that your order leaves our gallery with sufficient packaging. You understand that where parcels are damaged, lost or delayed during the delivery process this is not our fault and we will not be responsible for providing a replacement order.

Any issues with the quality of your order will be dealt with on a case by case basis, upon notification to us within 24 hours of delivery.

All accepted orders are final and we do not accept cancellations, refunds or returns. We ship orders based on the order submitted, so make sure you check your order details and address.

You agree that you are purchasing the products for your personal use only, and not for purposes of trade or business. If you wish to purchase goods for the purposes of trade or business, please contact us.

You authorise us, or our agents, to access, collect retain and use any information about you obtained from your access to this website (“your information”) for purposes of: marketing, providing products on our website and contacting you about your order. You shall have the right to request a copy of your information from us, and request that we correct any incorrect information held.

Shipping

We dispatch orders on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. If you order after Friday 3pm, your order will be dispatched on Wednesday the following week. You can expect to receive your Taonga as outlined above, after we process you orders from Wednesday onwards.

New Zealand Shipping

For New Zealand Nationwide delivery -$4 per taonga 1-2 business days.

Additional $6.10 for Rural delivery.

Local pick up; Please select at checkout & find our address here.

This is a signature required service, so a card will be left by the courier if you are not home.

International Shipping

We are based in New Zealand and offer shipping and insurance to the below countries around the world. All toanga are fully insured.

For Australia Nationwide delivery $23 per Taonga 2-6 business days.

For United States Nationwide delivery $57.50 per Taonga 3-6 business days.

For United Kingdom Nationwide delivery $41 per Taonga 3-6 business days.
